Clients are expected to provide  house keys for Tracy’s use or to be home during service. One key will be locked in a lock box for emergency use. In the case of doors with codes, a key will still be requested.
 

Clients will provide their own leashes, collars, harnesses, balls/toys, etc. If an item is destroyed or lost during service Downward Dog will replace the  item.
 

Downward Dog may use treats as part of basic training during services. Please inform Tracy of allergies or limits for treat use with your dog.
 

Walking cancellations by clients must be made by 8:00pm the night before service. Clients who fail to notify will be charged full amount of walk.
 

Payment later than 30 days will be charged a $25.00 late fee and services will be suspended until payment is received in full.
 

Boarding cancellations must be made 48 hours prior to scheduled start date. Failure to do so will result in a $20.00 fee per canceled day.
 

Downward Dog will cancel scheduled services only in the case of illness or emergency. Clients will be informed in advance of Tracy’s planned absences.
 

Additional staff may assist Tracy during walking services. Assistants will not have access to keys and will be under Tracy’s  supervision during service, unless alternate agreement has been made with clients on a case-by-case basis.
 

Clients are expected to apply for and obtain a dog license in accordance with city law. Downward Dog and owners may be penalized with fees for walking with unlicensed dogs. Information is available on town websites and maybe different from town to town
 

Service times may change slightly day-to-day due to coordination with other clients, weather conditions, traffic and other variables.
